Returns

At Riverstone Luxe, we are committed to delivering products of exceptional quality. If an item arrives damaged or appears faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs and your order details. Our team will assist you promptly.

All returns must be authorised prior to sending any goods back. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Please note:

  • Change-of-mind returns are subject to approval and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • If the original order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed to be faulty.

We aim to ensure a smooth and fair resolution in all cases.


Warranty

Riverstone Luxe products are supported by manufacturer warranties specific to each collection.

Warranty coverage generally includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural faults under normal residential use

Warranty does not cover:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorised modification

Proof of purchase and installation details (where applicable) are required for warranty claims.
